Review: Mud was over 2 hours and 45 min between the 2 trucks. We had 45 min spacing. If you’re familiar with pouring concrete , you know that this just doesn’t work. Terrible service. Offered 100 dollar discount. Will not use them again. Driver extremely rude.

Review: Our subdivision had ordered 8 loads of gravel. Their driver complained about how we are ordering too much for the job when my neighbor who planned the job is a certified civil engineer. Last load of 1” was nothing much more than sand. I called 3 times to talk to a supervisor and the lady said she would give my information to him again. He never even called. We have used Trac in the past. Wont use them again

Review: I’ve purchased 15 loads of rock from TRAC over the past couple of years and have never had a bad experience. Everyone from dispatch to the drivers were polite and accommodating.

Review: I/My contractor used TRAC for a concrete pour of footers when building my garage. Long story short, the TRAC driver buried up in my yard, and my neighbors yard. He acted like a jackass, and didn't listen when my contractor showed him where we had put the driveway base down, so he wouldn't get stuck! After getting stuck, TRAC had to send another truck to pull him out, and in the process broke the edges of our existing driveway. No problem, I fixed the yard, and my neighbor's yard while I had the tractor. I called TRAC to talk to them about getting me some concrete, and paying my contractor to repair the driveway. I spoke to Jeff, got the "I'll look into it" response, and never heard back from him. This went on for 2 weeks, after burning up their phone, and email, and I finally got a response from him telling me basically to "go pound sand". These guys are the worst. I used another company to do the 3 additional concrete pours, and had no problems at all. But their drivers actually listened to what I said, and were professional.

Review: I haven't bought or used this company and I won't they was pouring a foundation today in emory creek area instead of letting us know they would be blocking the road we didn't change our plans my wife was late for appointment then I was late they didn't try to get off road they pulled more across road called rep and idiot I made the mistake I should of called him a stupid idiot I'm 71 years old I have laid more yards than they ever will Not a quality operation you work to get customers not make people not want to use any of your services try being respectful you will have a lot more customers .
