Review: I'm not from the area, and have zero experience with this company. However, on a morning walk, I had to stop and take a note. This level of finish quality is tragic, even in a "cheapest bidder" scenario. Multiple instances of concrete spoils scraped off of adjacent slabs and the residue not rinsed away, spoils left around the area, spalling, poor (heavy/inconsistent) broom texture, poor (excessive/wavy) trowel work, and elevation inconsistent with adjacent pads. Durability, since it's brand new, and hasn't experienced freeze/thaw cycles, remains to be seen.

Every part of the project was under committed and completed ahead of schedule and under budget. In 2019, it's not often you find business that operate like Pearson Construction.
