Review: I don’t like to bash but honestly Worst place I’ve worked , worst shop morale I’ve ever seen. Hired to weld but did mechanic work most the time . Would be given one task then the psychotic gm would come out and micromanage and put me on something else.( really odd that my first day EVERYONE I met told me if you see the gm turn around the other direction or if he tells you to do something, do it. Cause if not he screams at you )Then get mad and scream at you if you don’t do what they say too as well even if it’s not your actual job . In my short time I believe 10 people quit or got fired , most companies that would cripple them . This must be a normal thing to lose tons of workers.Honestly I’m amused on how they’ve been around for so long. They must do good road work . Actual work in the shop/ plant is chaos , no direction, no leadership , and no way to treat the workers .So many machines and vehicles needed work and fixed and the owner has a 40’ Winnebago taking up half of a service bay. Was told it’s been there years!? Like what the hell, I’m not a repair guy so maybe this culture is normal. For me the diverse culture of people that can’t speak English trying to work with me was a pain, bad leadership , poor provided equipment . Gloves aren’t provided which is odd , pretty sure it’s a osha requirement for basic ppe to do your jobBest thing is weekly pay, couple of the workers are great people .

My wife had a flat tire, and they didn’t hesitate to help her out.In a world where we see so many negatives, I felt this needed to be seen. Review: The reviews speak for themselves. Human resources is unprofessional, the owners are clowns. Terrible place to work and apparently a terrible place to get pavement. I bet they sure are cheap though!

Review: Worked for this company a full year and I must say it is by far the worst experience I ever had they can’t keep anybody hired drivers quit during training they discriminate really bad here and they allow the customers to talk to you any kind of way I eventually ended up quitting because a customers called me every derogatory name in the book at a job site and the owner wanted to suspend me for recording them talkin mad crazy and throwing racial slurs at me they don’t protect they’re drivers here at all 0 stars
